Meenal has been a seasoned executive researcher specializing in the Digital, Consulting, Retail, Technology & Financial Services sectors and manages top accounts in these sectors at AMR. Meenal has project management experience working with consulting and knowledge management firms in the past.

She holds a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) degree.

Piyush has over 10 years of experience in operations management with responsibility for training and developing high-performing teams. He is the Director of Operations & Finance at AM Research. He is responsible for managing a team of researchers and handling day-to-day operations. He looks after the resource, capacity planning, vendor screening, selection and interacting with stakeholders. He joined AM Research in 2012 as a Researcher. Prior to this, he has hands-on experience in accessing a variety of industry and sector specific databases. He started his career as an Administrator at Institute of Computer Accountants.

Piyush holds an MBA in International Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the College of Commerce & Management Studies.

Over 10+ years of experience in executive search research industry, Naveen has expertise in leading the executive search research team within Technology, Human Resources, Retail, Consumer Goods , Energy & Natural Resources, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals sectors. Naveen has experience in candidate mapping & market intelligence research projects, candidate identification, and organizational mapping across industry sectors. Result-oriented researcher with a track record of delivering an exceptional client experience, developing talent, and leading by example. He has gained a good experience with various Technologies and Platforms which helps to deliver better and qualitative research data to the clientele. Naveen is Director of Research and Delivery in the organization and also responsible for training and developing research talent at AM Research.

Naveen holds a Bachelor Degree in Information technology and Engineering from Jagan Nath Institute of Technology, Jaipur.

Nalini has more than 12 years of experience with 5 years in the Information Services industry. She is currently the Director of Human Resources & Research at AM Research. She also looks after HR and people matters for AM Research. Her research expertise encompasses senior management assignments for clients in a breadth of industries including Consumer Goods, Healthcare, Industrial, Financial Services, Automotive and Telecommunications. Her role involves the identification and selection of talent for our senior search assignments, while also gathering market intelligence for both internal and external insights. Prior to joining AM Research, she was HR Executive & Specialist Recruiter at Unico Management Solutions, an international recruitment company and was managing the recruitment process right from sourcing the best talent from diverse sources, collaborating human resource requirements, facilitating smooth joining formalities and managing their exit formalities. She began her career at NIIT (National Institute of Information Technology Limited) as Data Administrator/Faculty.

Nalini holds an MBA from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce. She has a Master’s degree (M.Com) in Banking and Economics and a Bachelor’s degree (B.Com) from Mohanlal Sukhadia University.

Ronak leads the Healthcare and Life Sciences research team at AM Research. He is responsible for training and developing a team of researchers and ensuring the timely delivery of projects to some of the leading brands in the Healthcare, Medical Devices, and Life Sciences industries. Ronak joined AM Research in 2015 as a Researcher and has been consistently promoted within the organization contributing to key strategic projects.

Ronak holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the Rajasthan Technical University.

Abhilash leads the research efforts at AM Research and is responsible for training and managing a team of researchers. With over 7 years of experience in executive search research and competitive intelligence, Abhilash assists clients in the Technology, Consulting, Retail & Pharma sectors to identify top level executive talent and competitive mapping projects.  He joined AM Research in 2016 as a Research Associate and has been consistently promoted within the firm. 

Abhilash holds a Bachelor Degree in Technology (B.Tech) from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in Telecommunication. He enjoys playing cricket.

Nitin leads a team of business research and competitive intelligence at AM Research. He is responsible for training and managing team of researchers and timely delivery of client projects at AM Research. Nitin is experienced in various primary and secondary research techniques and has successfully completed numerous client projects across major industry sectors. He joined AM Research as Research Analyst in 2016 and has consistently being promoted within the organization and is currently responsible for developing talent internally.

Nitin holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and MBA in International Business from Pacific University. He enjoys playing cricket and gymnastics.

Parul leads the candidate database management team at AM Research. She joined AM Research in 2016 and has engaged in multiple executive research and candidate database migration assignments. She is responsible for research and executive search engagements across a wide range of industries including Consumer products, Pharmaceuticals, Technology, Consulting, Retail, Supply Chain and other diversified markets. She also supports the research team in training and development and leads senior management and executive-level research projects within all functions for global clients. She has experience in developing Competitive Intelligence Reports, Industry Reports, Candidate & Company Profiles.

Parul holds a Bachelor Degree (B.Com) from MohanLal Sukhadia University and MBA in Finance from Pacific Institute of Management.
